Multipot.eu is a spinoff from Tomson bvba specialized in the import of plastic decorative pots and related articles.

How can I best reach you?

The smoothest is to reach us through the internet. We answer every message within 24 hours. Do you prefer to call? Please indicate your phone number and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Should I create an account?

Yes. Like this you are eligible for additional discounts and you can get your next orders quickly without having to type in all your contact information. You can also follow your current orders and easily re-order previous orders.

Can I update my details?

Did you discover an error in your account? Send us an email and we will modify the data directly.
If you want to change your information in your account for your next order you can do it by logging in.

You have a store where I can come?

No, everything is settled online via the webshop. Everything is sent though bPost or DPD.


Articles in stock?

Everything in this webshop is in stock unless otherwise stated. If your order in exceptional cases cannot be completed, we send the remaining units without charge soon after with a 2nd shipment and keep you updated.
Under each product you can see if the product is in stock or not. In stock = « Stock »; On order = « Pre-order ».

Is there a paper catalog?

No, all our products are in the webshop.


How do I place an order?

Navigate through the shortcut menu for a main item or search in the search box at the top for what you wish.

How can I take advantage of discounts?

The prices are very low anyway. For discounts you need a promo code. We share those through our mailing list or partners.

I have done my order in two times, will I pay delivery costs twice?

Try to avoid this. Our shop automatically calculates this 2 times. We cannot modify this in the system.


What countries do you ship to?

Momentarily only to Belgium and the Netherlands.

How long will it take before I get my package?

We send to three times a week. bPost or DPD take two or three days.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

Normally you get a warning that the courier or postman came along and you may pick up your package at the post office or at a pickup parcelshop. This information you see also on the track and trace that you get from us.

Can I pick up my order?

No, everything is sent.

Can I specify a different delivery address and billing address?

Yes, on the checkout pages of this webshop, it is very simple.

The delivery includes not only seal but also administrative and packaging costs.


Should I pay directly?

Yes, every order is immediately paid in advance.

How can I pay?

Through an ordinary transfer (your own bank account login system), Bancontact/Mister Cash, iDeal, PayPal or Visa, Mastercard creditcards.

Is online payment safe?

Yes, we have an SSL payment via our partner MultiSafepay and PayPal that is as secure as your online banking.


Can I return an opened package?

If you use anything it cannot be exchanged. In the case the article has not been used you have 14 days. Except for articles that are individually packaged in a foil or cardboard, such as for example: compost bins, ...

Can I get my money back if I am not satisfied?

Yes, please send the package unused back within 14 days and you receive your money (-delivery costs).

How long does it take to find a solution?

We never push a problem on a long road. A solution always comes quickly so we can keep you as a satisfied customer.

What if my order is returned without delivery / collection?

We always try first to see what went wrong exactly, each customer always receives through the email address a track and trace code and is responsible to follow up this track and trace.
If articles can not be delivered at home they are delivered to a collection point in your neighborhood.
All this information can be found at the track and trace codes. When an order arrives return to us because it was not picked up at a collection point or because the address was not correctly entered, you will receive the money back from your order (-the shipping cost).

Can I return goods that have been special ordered for me?

No, goods that are special ordered for you can't returned.


How can I get a discount?

This can be through one of our partners who gave you a promo code, or if you receive a promo code via our newsletter.

How can I participate in competitions?

Once we process your email address in our system you automatically stay up to date. Participating and winning is the message!

I do not wish to receive promotional emails anymore, what should I do?

Please send us your e-mail and we remove you from the mailing list.
